Feb. 1--Two brothers who credit Henry J. Lee Distributors with helping them get their feet wet in the beer business 30 years ago are buying the North Charleston-based beverage company.

Reyes Holdings announced Tuesday it has struck a deal to acquire Lee Distributors for undisclosed terms.

The sale is scheduled to close some time in April.
