Another old Europe find:

Dandelion honey:

100 gram dandelion flowers
1/2 litre water
500 gram sugar
juice of one orange

Remove the little green leaves from the dandelion flowers, use only the
yellow part of the flower. Boil it in the water for six minutes and drain
the water through a sieve by pressing all the water out of the flowers.
Discard the flowers.

Add sugar and juice of the orange to the water and boil vigorously for as
long as it takes to became as thick as hot honey. Seale it immediately in
preservative jars.

Enjoy!
